Still Searching, Still Growing: My Journey as a Fresh Graduate Developer

Finding a job after graduation is never easy — and I’ve come to understand that more deeply since June this year. I’ve been actively searching for opportunities in tech, sending applications, and attending interviews. But along the way, I realized that job hunting can be incredibly challenging, especially for fresh graduates like me.

Many companies today list “entry-level” positions that still require two or three years of experience. It often feels like an impossible standard to meet for someone who’s just starting out. I’ve faced rejections, difficult interviews, and moments of doubt — but I’ve also learned that every step is a lesson.

Instead of stopping, I decided to keep improving myself. While continuing my current work, I’ve been using this time to upgrade my skills, learn new technologies, and keep building my startup — a project that I hope will someday grow into something full-time. Every day, I try to make small improvements, both as a developer and as a person.

This journey has taught me that success doesn’t always come fast — and that’s okay. What matters is consistency, persistence, and the willingness to grow. I believe that if I keep learning and creating, the right opportunity will come at the right time.

For now, I’m still searching, still learning, and still building — one step at a time.
